Our leaders are a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving Tapestry Church with those abilities. At Tapestry, we call them Dream Team Leads, and they are each responsible for leading a specific area of church operations.
By creating a comfortable environment of service, our Dream Team Leads constitute a group that seeks to purposefully advance the Kingdom of God. Together, Tapestry’s Dream Team is about one thing: serving God by serving His people.

SERVING
Service is in the culture of Tapestry Church. Tapestry’s Dream Team Leads seek to exercise selfless service to our incredible God and His people led by leaders who model servanthood. We are here to build the Body of Christ, and we ourselves are being built as the Body of Christ.
CARING
Our Dream Team strives to create a community of care, acceptance and warmth for all of our guests attending a worship gathering. We strive to maintain a network of support, encouragement and prayer so that our leaders can be led and lead others to a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. We strive to maintain a Small Group environment within each of our teams.
WINNING
Achieving success and wins is how we remain a spiritually mature and connected in a relational way to the Body of Christ. By serving in their passions and worshiping God with every single act of service, our leaders seek fulfillment of their purpose for their Tapestry community.
