MEN'S RETREAT 2019 - "CALL OF DUTY"

Calling all Men for an exciting, uplifting and spiritual four day epic retreat at the Langston Farms in upstate New York. The get away trip will consist of Men bonding experiences including fellowship, team building activities, recreational activities, games, open mic, key note speaker, church services throughout the day and much more.

Cost (Payment Options)

1. $50 (Non-Refundable) to reserve your seat. (Note: must pay balance by 4/21 for early bird deal)
2. $135 Early Bird Special before 4/21
3. $150 after 4/21

Important to Note

• Price includes - Accommodation, food, full Access to the facility and a weekend packed with sessions and activities!

• Trip transportation will be coordinated by the retreat committee so please be sure to indicate if you need transportation or willing to transport fellow men to the location in the registration form.

Supplies To Bring:

• Towels, Bed linens, Pillows, Swimming Trunks (Optional), Sweater/Light Jacket, Flashlight, Bug Spray, Pair of old boots
• Bathroom essentials (like shampoo, towel, conditioner, soap, deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrush etc...)

Food/Snacks:

• Thursday - Arrival day, a light snack and refreshments will be available.
• Fri/Sat - Breakfast, Lunch and dinner will be provided.
• Sun - Breakfast and Lunch prior to departure.

** You may also bring you own snacks that do no require refrigeration since the the refrigerator space is extremely limited.

Snacks are available throughout the day in the chapel and houses (e.g. fruit, chips, cookies, coffee, water, juice...)

Arrival/Departure:

Men may arrive whenever their schedules allow (refer to the schedule below to better plan for arrival/departure). Men may leave whenever they need. If the men need to attend their service duties at their church we recommend leaving late Saturday or early Sunday morning according to their commute time.

Rooms/Beds:

Our accommodations at the farm provide rooms in sizes ranging from 4 Beds up to 12 Beds per room. Rooms are not assigned and you may choose where you wish to stay. Rooms are located in two houses, one is the "Yellow house" and the other is the "Green house".
