Tapestry Church COVID-19 Building Update

May 27, 2020

Dear Tapestry Families,

In the past several weeks, we have reached new levels of impact, growth, and health as a church. We are thankful that our vision has never been more effective to help people Know God, Find Freedom, Discover Purpose, and Make a Difference. In this season, it has been incredibly powerful to see how the Body of Christ has responded during this time to support one another.

According to Governor Murphy’s recent updates, we will not be gathering during the month of June. Our desire is to be safe, prayerful, and wise in allowing the Spirit to lead our timing. Our leadership team has been busy behind the scenes observing the CDC guidelines, learning from other churches who already began to open, and putting plans and phases into place that will ensure the safety of our church community.

Know that we are working through all of the additional guidelines beyond capacity restrictions provided by the state of New Jersey and the CDC, so that we will have safe and strategic environments for our in-person gatherings. Join with us in prayer over the next couple weeks, as we continue to develop our back to church plan that adheres to the guidelines and maximizes our momentum.

For now, keep gathering your family and friends for Tapestry Church online and we will keep you updated as we go. We can’t wait to see you all safely in person soon!

Thank you for being filled with faith, hope, and love as God uses this time to transform lives across our communities.

Sincerely,

Staff Pastors
